Nuvo Work User Guidelines

Welcome to Nuvo Work! We're excited to have you as part of our community. To ensure a positive and productive experience for everyone, all users must follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be Respectful

  • Treat all users with respect and kindness.

  • Engage in conversations that are constructive and professional.

2. Punctuality

  • Arrive on time for your scheduled meetings.

  • If you’re running late to a scheduled meeting, please inform the other person as soon as possible.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Limit reschedules to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.

  • Provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a meeting.

  • Last-minute cancellations or reschedules may lead to penalties - please see our Cancellation policy which may be updated from time to time.

4. Engagement

  • To make the most out of your session, we recommend coming prepared to your meetings with any relevant questions or topics.  Please keep the questions and discussions within the expert’s areas of expertise, noting that an expert may not be able to answer questions outside their expertise. 

  • Actively participate and stay focused during your sessions.

  • Avoid multitasking to make the most of your time.

5. Feedback

  • We encourage you to provide Nuvo Work with constructive feedback after your sessions to help us improve our services.

  • Share your success stories to inspire others in the community.

6. Professionalism

  • Use appropriate language and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.  You understand that in order to keep our community safe and supportive, any such behaviour may lead to immediate termination of the video call, forfeiture of the payment for the call and Nuvo Work account termination.

7.  Profile Accuracy

  • Please ensure your profile information is accurate and up to date.

  • Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience is not allowed and may result in account suspension.
