Coby is an expert community builder with impressive experience in fostering connections within the tech industry. As the Head of Founder Communities for Innovation Bay, Australia's leading tech community, she has played a pivotal role in supporting and guiding tech entrepreneurs across the country. She created thriving, supportive environments and events where founders could connect, learn, and grow together.

Coby’s contributions to the startup ecosystem have not gone unnoticed. Coby was awarded a scholarship from the Queensland Government, recognising her as a key member of the startup community.
