Since 2011, Abby has built and led successful client facing teams across fast growing global SaaS companies, keeping her team and customers at the center of everything she has done.

Earlier in her career, Abby managed post-sale client implementations, ensuring quick and effective adoption through customized training and strategic guidance. She saw first hand the importance of both expectation and goal setting.

From there, Abby launched into her first people management role, establishing her company's first Client Success function. She drove retention rates to 98% and increased client satisfaction above 90% while managing a $12M portfolio.

Abby has since transformed two more teams into revenue-generating, client satisfying, productive arms of the business. Strong people management, documented and well tested process, and team assessment are the cornerstones to any successful teams Abby has managed. She is excited to bring her experience and techniques to the up-and-coming leaders in tech.
