Prior to CM Capital Richard was the General Manager of Uber New Zealand and Uber Eats in NSW and ACT, including Sydney - at the time one of the five largest markets for Uber Eats globally.
Studying finance and law, he started his career at Deloitte before switching to Uber, where over 4+ years, he worked across early stage ops launching 7 cities, through to driving national regulatory reform and leading complex regional projects.
